Is Regular membership really free?
Yes. Regular membership is your free member account. You can create an account without choosing Premium. Open play is available with a paid day pass or Premium membership.
How do I get a day pass?
Ask for a day pass when you arrive. It costs $5 for the day and includes the qualifying same-day merchandise offer shown above.
Does Premium renew automatically?
Yes. Premium renews at $20 each month until you cancel. Sign in or create your account on the membership site, then choose Premium and review the recurring-payment terms.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel future renewal through the membership site or contact Mana Core. Check your account for the confirmed cancellation date and paid-through date. Benefits already paid for remain available through that paid-through date. Completed membership payments are non-refundable.
How does the gift-card value work?
Each qualifying monthly payment adds $20 to your store gift card after payment is confirmed. Issued gift-card value remains available if you cancel future renewal.
